Pure Collection Return Policy?
At Pure Collection, customers may request an exchange or refund within 28 days of receipt of their order. Note that items must reach Pure Collection in the same condition received by the customer, and must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with labels attached. For Sale & Clearance items, this period is reduced to 14 days.
Customers returning items are responsible for any postage charges incurred. The cost to return Pure Collection goods for an exchange or refund will depend on the size and weight of the garment/s.

It's important to note that the processing of returns could take up to 20 days during busy times, and returns are processed in the order in which they are received. When the return has been processed, Pure Collection will confirm this to the customer by email.
